MODELS and MOULDS - Cost efficiency on schedule

The train's equipment room, an approximately 2-meter high ensemble constructed with several laminated materials, must withstand an acceleration of 5 Gs and a specified impact load. The construction complies with fire safety regulation UIC 564 for railway construction as well as sound insulation requirements.

We model and manufacture structural ensembles. Modelling is done by computer, while models and moulds are made manually or with milling machines.
